"The exercise equipment did not all work properly, and it was very hard to cool the room down. Otherwise everything else was great."

"We had a problem with the cleaning staff who didn't clean our room because they didn't check for the absence of the Do Not Disturb Sign after 11:00 AM. Therefore, our room wasn't cleaned, beds and towels weren't changed and only 2 sets of towels were left in a bag at the door for 4 people. We also had trouble getting extra pillows which we had to beg be found for us from an empty room. The manager has since addressed these problems, but we felt that a Marriot connected hotel should have better trained management and cleaning staff."

This AAA Three-Diamond Fairfield Inn is located approximately one mile from the New Hampshire State House and two miles from Concord Airport. The hotel is also three miles from Christa McAuliffe Planetarium, five miles from the Audobon Society, 12 miles from the New Hampshire International Speedway, 20 miles from Mount Sunapee (alpine skiing) and Canterbury Shaker Village, and 40 miles from Lakes Region Factory Stores.
